The purpose of this study is to identify the prepositional errors that are made in captions @barackobama’s Instagram posts. This employed a qualitative descriptive research methodology. data 167 post @barackobama accounts during 2022. Based on Azar’s (2006) theory, finds 2 errors, which equal 1,2%, two different captions. preposition time and place. results differ from those Dwiyanti (2017) Putri (2019). They found more than number study. difference can be because subjects their Indonesian students who English foreign language learners. While subject an native speaker. posts highly recommended for learn English.

Automatic Detection of Preposition Errors in Learner Writing
In this article, we present an approach to the automatic correction of preposition errors in L2 English. Our system, based on a maximum entropy classifier, achieves average precision of 42% and recall of 35% on this task. The discussion of results obtained on correct and incorrect data aims to establish what characteristics of L2 writing prove particularly problematic in this task.
